Welcome to Mobcraft. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at mobcraft.in and our mobile app builder platform ("Service"). By accessing or using Mobcraft, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our Service, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws
• If using on behalf of a company, you have authority to bind that entity

2. Description of Service

Mobcraft is a no-code mobile app builder platform that allows you to:

• Create mobile applications using pre-built templates
• Customize app design, features, and functionality
• Build and download APK/AAB files for Android
• Access admin panels to manage app content
• Connect to backend services (Firebase, Appwrite, REST APIs)

3. Account Registration

To use Mobcraft, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1 Plans

We offer the following plans:

• Free: Limited features with watermark
• Pro: Full features, source code access, priority support
• Business: Unlimited apps, white label, dedicated support

4.2 Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly/annual basis
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

4.3 Refund Policy

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

• Technical issues that prevent service delivery (verified by our team)
• Duplicate payments or billing errors
• Request within 7 days of purchase with no app builds generated

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our IP

Mobcraft, including its templates, code, design, logos, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (logos, images, text). By uploading, you grant us a license to use this content solely for providing the Service.

5.3 Generated Apps

For Pro and Business plans with source code access:

• You receive a license to use, modify, and distribute your generated apps
• You may publish apps to app stores under your own developer account
• You may not resell or redistribute our templates as templates

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Mobcraft to create apps that:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Contain malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Promote illegal activities, violence, or hate speech
• Distribute spam or unauthorized advertising
• Collect user data without proper consent
• Impersonate other entities or individuals
• Facilitate fraud or deceptive practices
• Contain adult/pornographic content
• Violate app store policies (Google Play, etc.)

7. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party services including:

• Firebase, Appwrite (backend services)
• Google AdMob, Facebook Ads (advertising)
• Razorpay, Stripe (payments)
• Google Play Store (app distribution)

You are responsible for complying with their respective terms of service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That apps will be accepted by app stores
• Specific results or outcomes from using the Service
• Compatibility with all devices or operating systems

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party service failures
• We are not liable for app store rejections or policy violations

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Mobcraft harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Apps you create using our platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Create apps that violate our acceptable use policy

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. You may download your data within 30 days of termination notice.

12. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Update templates and functionality
• Change pricing with 30 days notice
• Update these Terms (continued use constitutes acceptance)

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mobcraft regarding the Service.
