Refund Policy

At Mobcraft, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

Eligible for Refund

  • Technical Issues: If a technical problem on our end prevents you from using the service, and our support team cannot resolve it within 7 business days
  • Billing Errors: Duplicate charges, incorrect amount charged, or unauthorized transactions
  • 7-Day Money Back: Request within 7 days of first purchase, with no app builds generated
  • Service Not as Described: If the service significantly differs from what was advertised

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Change of mind after generating app builds
  • Failure to read or understand the service features before purchase
  • App store rejection (this is outside our control)
  • Third-party service issues (Firebase, AdMob, etc.)
  • Account suspension due to Terms of Service violation
  • Requests made after 7 days from purchase
  • Partial month refunds for monthly subscriptions

2. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@mobcraft.in with subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include your registered email address and order/transaction ID
  3. Provide a detailed explanation of the reason for refund
  4. Include any relevant screenshots or documentation

3. Refund Timeline

  • Review: We will review your request within 3-5 business days
  • Decision: You will receive an email with our decision
  • Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Credit: The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)

4. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel
  • Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for unused portion of the current billing cycle
  • You can still download your apps and source code before cancellation takes effect

5. Annual Subscription Refunds

For annual subscriptions:

  • Full refund if requested within 14 days and no app builds generated
  • Pro-rated refund (minus 20% administrative fee) if requested within 30 days
  • No refund after 30 days from purchase

6. Chargebacks

Before filing a chargeback with your bank or credit card company, please contact us first. Chargebacks without prior communication may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Loss of access to all created apps
  • Additional fees passed to your account

We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Most disputes can be resolved by contacting our support team.
